Survivor: Palau...official Thread

Who cares what they are wearing??!!??!! It may not be pleasing to the eye (to some people), but what is the big deal? If it was inappropriate it would be blurred out. Anyway...

I didn't like how Koror HAD to vote someone out. I am mad that Angie got voted out, and that it wasn't James. He should have gone. Those biscuits looked darn yummy. And I like Coby.

I would have voted out James as well. I think Angie contributed more to the team than he does.......plus he just annoys me !!

I wondered if they made it so Willard could get a way out. They really didn't show that much of him and I wondered if he was having issues with weakness and confusion. He had facial expressions similar to relatives of mine who have had difficulty with blood chemistry going out of whack and getting really out of it and I was worrying about him.

I thought Angie looked almost relieved when she was voted out. She looked like she was done -- shot -- cooked -- etc.

This is my first season watching Survivor, so I'm not really up on the thought processes of the players, but from a "team" standpoint, I can't imagine voting Bobby Jon off...he's a strong player, although I suspect Steph would give any of the men on that tribe a run for their money.

I felt bad for Ibrehem, but agree, why audition if you're not a strong swimmer?

And, as far as the undies thing goes...who cares? They're stranded on an island...are they supposed to look pretty? The only thing that bugs me are the "skid marks" on the back of James' underwear. That's just nasty.

Kim who is from my area (no - I am not claiming her!) Today in the small, local newspaper, an article still revealed her as the "non-participant" team member (LAZY were the words SHE USED) that she chose to be. Man - why-o-why would you want to "disgrace" yourself on national tv if you weren't even going to play the game! (during the actual episodes and then the "morning after report, too!)

I watched the first part of last week's online Survivor Live show and they asked Kim whether or not she thought that the producers unfairly portrayed her as lazy. She said that things were pretty much as they were shown on TV. She did say that she participated in the cooking and fire tending, but that she admitted to not really participating in the more physical labor tasks.

RE: last night - agree here that Angie should have stayed - hope she gets some "residuals" for her efforts - she played "physical" that's for sure!!!

I'm probably in the minority here, but I liked Willard. I'm gonna miss him :(.

I am not sad that Angie is gone, but she did get dealt a bad-deal. Ibrehem reminds me of Osten, get him in the water & he is DONE. I doubt he will quit like Osten did, but his time is short on the Island.

I did like the twists last night with the exception of Koror having to vote someone off, that was wrong. I really thought that someone from Koror was going to go & give Ulong some food, maybe I missed Jeffy telling them they couldnt....

I don't want Wanda & Johnathan back, they were basically voted off, except they were not picked instead of having a vote. If they come back, that would be like when Lil & the "Ghost Tribe" or whatever it was called came back. THAT SUCKED!!!!

REMEMBER next week it is on Wednesday as well.....

Williard lied to his team members and never told them that he was a lawyer. Williard told his team members that he was a mail carrier (a job he had before law school). Evidently, none of the three lawyers on this show admitted to being a lawyer (Jolanda did not last long enough for this to be an issue).

That totally sucked!

Only a lawyer would bring this up. Bored Kyle?

I can see why it might be in their best interest not to mention being a lawyer. Seems there are a lot out there who give good lawyers a bad name.

Tisk, tisk, tisk.

Is this yet another of your "hot-button" issues Jasmin? Can't wait till we can all hear your take on the whole "dress like a slob on DCL" arguments again. :rolleyes2

Mark Burnette is really doing a great job this series. The last version was a little boring but this one is making up for it. It was great allowing Korror to grant immunity to a member of Ulong at the last minute. I feel sorry for Angie in that if Ulong knew that this was a possiblity, then they could have had a backup plan.

I really like Tom and Ian but feel that they will be picked off after the merge. I am actually enjoying the series again and look forward to next week.

REMEBER!!
:cool1: SPECIAL NIGHT: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23, 8PM ET/PT:cool1:

Tensions flare between two tribemates when one blames the other for the tribe's loss in a Challenge.

This has got to be on Ulong. I think Steph is really going to lay in to Ibreham.

A tribe's high morale is not enough to keep one Survivor from being annoyed by a tribemate's uselessness around camp.

This must be on Koror. I think they will be going after Kathy. (Saw somewhere that she is only there to lose weight. Not really play the game.)

After a miserable night in a typhoon, one Survivor has an emotional and physical breakdown.

Well the ads showed the Las Vegas dancer braking down. Her name escapes me right now.

One undecided Survivor makes conflicting deals with two tribemates going into Tribal Council. Who will be next to leave the island?

Is Koro going to TC? Or are the remaing guys going to vote Steph out?

This is only my personal opinion, but it is nice to be able to vent sometimes. But for me personally, I have hated this series...I guess I got turned off when Jonathan didn't even get a shot...He could have added alot to whichever team he was on, for age and strength was on his side. When I saw that he was a cancer survivor, it really made me sad...I just think he deserved a chance is all...
And that poor Ulong tribe...they just keep getting pounded into the ground...I can't help but root for the underdog, whoever it may be at the moment! LOL
And I agree about Tom and Ian being SO strong, that after the merge, they will be picked off...Ian is my favorite though, I just feel bad for Ulong, and want things to be fair...in a perfect world, right?

Janu.......... AND CSI is on after it.......

Recently became a survivor fan ( well just this season) I'm happy with tonight's episode....didn't care for the person who was voted off...so fine with me!!!

Glad with tonight's choice. James was way too cocky for Survivor. He basically did at tonight's challange what he blamed Ib at the last immunity challange.

An eye 'or an eye ole Jimmy boy! ;)

Just caught the end of it and haven't really been into it this season. But did Jeff say that all 3 of those guys on that team are from Alabama?

Yes, he did! I thought that was pretty unusual. In the past, the Survivors were from all over the U.S.
