I knew Danni was going to win. I was mad though that she didn't take Rafe. He carried her along and then she picks Steph? She at least owed him the $100,000. I think she would have beaten Rafe too. He stabbed just as many in the back as Steph.

How about Exile Island? Looks scary.

Danni had some lip work done, you could tell by the roundness of her top lip. She probably had it done a month or go to make sure the swelling was less.

DH and I thought the same thing exactly!
I'm really really disappointed that Danni won. I was rooting for Rafe but would have been okay with Steph also.
I wish they would have gotten rid of Danni instead of Lydia.

Looking forward to Survivor Panama!

Here is my take on tonight's final episode:

(1) I think that Rafe and Stephanie made a mistake by not getting rid of Danni when they had the chance. Lydia was a much better person to take to the final three for both of them.

(2) Even if Rafe wanted to keep his promise to Danni, Steph should have voted for Danni anyway. If Danni won, she was in the same position of needing to win immunity. If Lydia won she and Rafe would have gone to the final two. She had a much better chance.

(3) Danni voted for every single person on the Jury except for Bobby Jon. Steph and Rafe may have been "running" the show, but Danni was also instrumental in almost everyone else getting voted off. Stephanie should have made that more clear. She was a leader, but Danni was a follower and voted with her under the radar.

(4) I wish Stephanie had won. Or Rafe. I think that Danni was a good player, but she rode on the hard-*** coat tails of the other two and ended up looking like a goody-goody.

(5) ETA: I think Danni stabbed Rafe in the back big time. Not that I wouldn't have done the same, but still ... I didn't like it especially when he kept her in the night before.

I agree on the first two but not the last three. Danni may have voted for everyone but what choice did she have with the numbers and alliance against her. In Gary's case, he told her to write his name down.

I think Danni played a good game, at least from the merge on. When she realized that the numbers were against her, she managed to make an alliance with Rafe without having to take a leadership role that almost always hurts you in the end.

Rafe made a dumb move be releasing her from her promise. He let his emotions and I think a little hero-worship for Stephanie cloud his vision. When she collapsed at the end of the immunity challenge he practically sprinted to her side. Steph seemed to have no problem walking back to camp. He told Danni to make the decision that was best for her and in the game that was taking Stephanie to the final.

I only have a couple of comments from last night.

Stephanie went DOWN on my likeable scale even more when all she thought about was eating that chicken in that very sacred ritual. THEN, she convinces Lydia to ASK if they could eat it...I was FLOORED! I was disappointed Lydia asked. I didn't think she would. Why did Stephanie ask herself? Because she knew it was rude. Then.. they went and got it.....Stephanie obsessed over the chicken until she finally conviced them to get it and eat it. It really bothered me. The the 3 of them LAUGHING at TC about it. Poor Rafe had to suffer the wrath of the God's even though he didnt eat the chicken.

OK, but the LOL moment of the night? Steph and Danni, endurance challenge. Steph is slipping down the pole, at an incredible pace. She is suffering, wincing, struggling to push herself up...camera pans over to Danni, and she is just chilling, picking at her fingernails!!!!

I just have one comment on Danni

If she doesn't stop putting her tongue under her teeth and poking her lips out, I'm not gonna watch previews of her anymore. It looks like she has food on her teeth and she's getting it off with her tongue. It looks awful. I think she had her lips made larger also.

Dani's Lips were the first thing I noticed. The lip gloss did not help the situation. Plus she kept holding her mouth funny, like she didn't want to get anything on her teeth. Very strange.

I am so glad that Dani won. Steph started getting on my nerves half way though the season.

She got the Million and a Car. Still no car for Steph. I guess she will have to buy one with her money.

Man Judd is such an idoit, with the whole Skating comments to Dani. He acts like he never lied in the game. His problem was that he got caught.

I'm not sure you'll really have to worry about that, krdisneybound. I think this might be Danni's swan song. I don't think she's going to be as successful turning her win into anything to further her sportscasting career more than it would have had she not gone on Survivor.

Out of Steph & Danni, I'm glad Danni won. I never liked Steph. I know they all lie. But her best friend attitude with everyone then votes them off was sickening. Rafe & Steph should have voted off Danni instead of Lydia.

I was getting sick of how Jeff kept talking like Steph was the only one in the challenges. Any time she was ahead it was "Steph has a big lead or Steph looking good". When someone elsewas leading it was "Steph not far behind and catching up". Like no one else mattered!

My take on that was that she had lip injections and wasn't used to the way they feel yet. She just wouldn't leave her lips alone!!

It doesn't always hurt you, but it often does. I find it funny that being likable seems to been more and more important with the Jury. You can't win the game without being in an alliance of lying and back-stabbing, but you also can't win if you do that yourself. At least not out in the open. I am trying to remember who it was that manipulated Steph into voting off Judd. Wasn't it Danni?

I don't know if it was hero-worship, but I do agree that it was a dumb move.

No, it was because Steph doesn't speak Spanish and I think the Mayans spoke some Spanish. While I admire Rafe for NOT eating the chicken, I can't really say that it bothered me too much that the women DID eat the chicken. {shrug} AFAIC, it was food.

Danni's legs are much longer that Steph's, making the position they ended up in easier for her to maintain. It pays to be tall, sometimes .

Rafe seemed upset that Danni took Steph after he let her out of their deal but seems like he had a long standing deal with Steph as well. So if he made it to the final 2 I wonder who he would have taken, having deals with both of them?

I still like Steph but boy did she make a stupid move by not voting for Danni. Lydia would had no chance at the final immunity and Rafe still could have had trouble. And Steph possibly could have won against Rafe.

Woohoo! So glad Danni beat out Steph!

And whoever said Judd was being a HUGE baby, hit the nail on the head. I think he just needed to "demoralize" the "skinny girls" who beat him so he can save face with his buddies back in Jersey.

I think Danni looked great...and Steph just looked "overdone" last night. JMO.

I didn't stay up to watch the "reunion" portion after they announced the winner...did I miss anything good?

Steph, ever the drama queen. I was hoping for a similar meltdown on the live show. I used to really like her, but her entitlement and theatrics really turned me off.

As far as Danni's lips go, go to the official site and look at their pictures, she has very full lips there. I think she wasn't used to all that icky lip gloss. I wouldn't want that touching my teeth either. I would be afraid that the mounds of lip gloss would get on my teeth and I would look stupid.

Rafe made a critical error, though I think Danni would have won against him, too. The jury members knew he also turned on alliances.

The one part of the reunion show that I wanted to see was when Jeff asked Gary about being a professional football player. I heard the teaser before the commercial and then I was asleep.

What did Gary have to say about this and what was the reaction of the other survivors?

I thought Danni and Steph were much prettier on the island. Others who have said about the make up artists that they have before the reunion have to be right... the only people I know that wear that much makeup are people with something to hide, those who don't know how to apply makeup properly and hookers (though I know none of those personally, just what I've seen on TV. Heck, even the hookers on HBO's Cat House don't wear so much makeup.) Amber has looked lovely since the reunion show. She was definitely painted up too much... same as Steph and Danni. It would be interesting to see them this morning on the news show. For those who get to see it, did they look better this morning than they did last night?

My DS was funny when he heard that Lydia was a mother. He didn't know that parents could apply. I told him that the parent has to be gone for 40-days to which he replied that it would be ok with him if I left for that long because it would be for $1 million. Little does he know that I can tolerate people for only so long. I'd never make it that long and for a few thousand, it's just not worth the effort to me.

That's why she's a radio personality and not a TV personality. Every time the camera pointed at her, she was licking her teeth. I was hoping that the camera would just stop showing her closeup. Ick.

I'm glad Danni won though I was rooting for Lydia. I've never thought Stephanie or Bobby Jon should have been brought back. For an All Star Survivor, sure, but not just a regular one. I hope that they don't do that next time.
