Survivor 34: Game Changers

Cirie was, according to her, saving Sarah. Aubry told Cirie that Tai was wanting Sarah out and he was. But Sarah didn't,t believe her. Sarah gave her the advantage as a way to say trust me I know what I am doing. I now suspect that Sarah knew who the real target was but couldn't,t tell Cirie as it was her alliance.

Sarah was a little dirty giving her reward Cirie and then acting like Cirie stole it.
And giving it to her in the first place, when she knew it couldn't be used by anyone but herself. She is hella shady. I wouldn't like her in real life but on the show gotta give her props for playing hard.

I'm confused I thought when Sarah said she would use her advantage she was going to vote Tai. Why did they vote Mikayla?

I'm not sure why she felt the need to steal Tai's vote but based on past episodes and seasons, Tai is always in a panic when he senses danger so Sarah may have just thought "screw it, I don't have time to deal with this right now."

Sarah was convinced that Tai wasn't going to vote her out. Cirie was convinced that he was. So Sarah told Cirie, "I'll give you my steal a vote advantage and if I'm wrong, I'll be voted out and you can use it." But it was all a ploy because it's non transferrable. Cirie failed to read and as we all know, reading is fundamental.

Thanks so much for explaining!!

Awful move by Cirie there. She got way too high and mighty. So now if I understand correctly, Sarah is definitely safe at next tribal with her advantage. Tai is too assuming he doesn't do something stupid. So that leaves the other 4 available to be voted off.
In the credits it shows Tai showing his immunity idols to Brad and Troyzan and then regretting it. Telling someone about your advantages/idols does you no good.

Cirie said she was taking away Sarah's vote, didn't she? That made it look like she was totally using the advantage against Sarah. Smart move not to just vote out Cirie at that point. She doesn't stand a chance at winning challenges, but the person voted out was a definite Immunity threat.

On a side note, I just watched Sierra's Ponderosa video for the first time. She is seated at the table, and Debbie comes prancing up beside her, and the thought immediately came to mind "Ernest goes to Survivor". Watch it, and I think you will agree.

Enjoyed the double eviction. I can't get over on how beautiful Sierra is with the make up and looking so completely different. Just stunning and could be a model. Routing for Tai and

Cirie was convinced that Tai was going to vote out Sarah, and Sarah didn't see it coming. So in an effort to save Sarah from herself, Cirie was going to use the advantage to take Sarah's vote and cast 2 votes against Tai. However, at that point, Tai still thought Cirie was going to save him (because she told him as much). But once Sarah prevented Cirie from using the advantage, all hope was lost. Cirie was also convinced that Tai had an idol (which he does) so she was trying to make him feel safe so at this point, Tai clearly sensed danger, which forced Cirie to switch her voting strategy to Aubrey.

At the end of the day, it was a bad move by Cirie who I thought was in a really good position to possibly win the game.

I liked Cirie in her first season. Not this time! Those guys need to wake up or she will go to the F3! Of the players remaining, I could easily see Sarah winning it all. Even though Brad is really my favorite. He will have to win immunity every time to stay.

At one time it was 6 against 4 until they started picking off their own. I don't really like Sarah she is so serious and has no personality, but I guess in her line of business she has to be. She was pretty slick giving Cirie the advantage knowing she couldn't use it. Tai, Brad, and Troyzan will now vote together and control the vote. I'm guessing Cirie will be the next to go even though I was hoping she would make it till the end. I had high hopes for Michaela and don't really understand why they voted her off. She isn't a threat, won't win anything on her own, and has no game a perfect person the take to the end.

I don't know that this is true. Some seasons, a player has a hidden immunity idol, and they flaunt it--telling everyone to go ahead, vote for me, I'll play this, and one of you will go home! This HAS worked as a strategy--maybe Boston Rob came up with this one? It sounds like something he would do. It's been too long/too many seasons for me to remember specifics. But, it can be a technique to advance in the game. But I think it would only work for (a) a player with brass ones, one that you never really trust because they come across as a loose cannon, and (b) a player with strong enough challenge skills that they have a decent chance of winning themselves immunity.

I thought Cirie's move last night was stupid all around. Not only did it not work out like she planned--read the directions! Geez!--but now, Sarah doesn't trust her, and neither should anyone else. I think the change to get out Michaela was meant as a shot across her bow.

Cirie had been trying to keep her alliance with Michaela on the downlow, but last night at tribal, when the "whispering in the ears" started, it became apparent.

I believe Sarah will win and I respect her (blue lives matter!) but I HATE that bug-eyed expression she displays whenever she holds her vote up for the camera AND her particular regional accent gets on my last nerve. I agree that both Sierra and Andrea clean up most attractively. I've never cared for Cirie and never understood why she's such a fan favorite. Her popularity has always escaped me. At this point, I'd like to see either Aubry or Brad win it, although I'm not a BIG fan of either. Tai plays for my team, but I've never been a fan. I thought for sure he was gonna go home last night without playing either of his idols.
