7-day itinerary for adults?

We're doing our first Adults-Only trip in May!

Stay at AKL and we have 7 Day hoppers. What would be your dream itinerary?

I love rope dropping, but we want to also take advantage of extra late hours too. Rest time will be essential or DH will never want to go back! (We don't need rest periods every day, but we don't want to pack every day rope drop - close with activities).

We will be there in May too! The schedule I feel like we will go with is:

arrival afternoon-pop into Ep for GOG, photo w/Mickey, and front of park attractions/evening at resort
day 1-MK RD /afternoon break in pool/closing MK
day 2-HS RD(focus on rides) /different park in evening based on LL avail.
day 3-slow morning (church)/ HS afternoon & evening for shows only
day 4-Ep morning & afternoon / resort evening for swimming, etc...
day 5-AK RD/ Mk evening (fireworks & parade)
day 6-slow morning & waterpark/ after hours event for evening (or Dis Springs)
day 7-slow morning/afternoon & evening Ep (or evening at MK)
Our only possible changes will be not doing an "after hours event and then we would RD MK on day 7 and also switching days 5 and 6.
Hope it's fun... May is supposed to be a great time to visit!
