Surprised at Platinum booking window avail

Having so much trouble with disney cruise website this cruise it's almost laughable at this point.

We are sailing on the Magic out of Miami and it's just one glitch after another.
Our platinum booking window opened or was supposed to on July 30 at 12:01. Since we are platinum and going on one of the smaller ships at a off season time we thought let's see if we can book a cabana, what the heck.
We were all ready at 12:01 but disney cruise site didn't open anything for booking or online checkin.
At 1am the online checkin opened and kids club reg but still no activities.
At 3am the activities finally opened. (but only stayed open till 3:30 when the site closed for maintenance lol)

Cabanas 19 & 20 and21,23,24,25 were listed but not bookable, when we would go to put it in our cart it would say 'sorry inventory changed, not avail'.
Were also interested in watercraft ski tour and stingray tour and all were sold out at 3am.
Even the pirate's league was sold out between 3:30-4:30.

I did call to find out why our activities window didn't open at 12:01 and they seemed surprised and said they had to send a message to tech and I haven't heard back yet.
I also called to see why still today those cabanas are listed as available on my cruise activities but they still will not add to our cart, they say they are not available and don't know why they are showing up as open on booking page.

We have been so many times to CC that we don't need to do any of those activities but we're shocked at how much was sold out at platinum booking window and the crazy glitches with things looking available but not being that way.

There have been many reports of online issues recently, they do seem to be getting worse.

Always ensure you log in at 00.00
Only have one device logged in, not cell, and IPad.
If you can't get in clear cookies.
Cabanas go fast, often concierge have booked, they may show but be taken or others are faster to book and check them out.

Question, are you paid in full? Did anyone else in your group try to log in?

When I looked to confirm we got our Concierge booking recently *all* cabanas were gone (we got ours) at 12:01 when I logged on.

I have also heard there were a lot of website glitches lately. We are platinum as well and logged on at midnight on Thursday to try to book a cabana. All were taken (which happens). I was able to log on today and saw that one was open and booked it. So if you really want a cabana, keep checking several times a day. You never know when a concierge guest may decide they do not want one.

I'm Platinum and the last two check ins I've done online have had issues, going back to at least April of this year and I know it was happening prior to that. Sadly they haven't been corrected and seems to be hit or miss for a lot of people.

yep, paid in full and I was the only one logged in...I've read a lot of good advice you have offered in the past and tried all the tricks even using different browsers and stuff but nothing till 3am for activities. I did get to book pirates league but had to book at 3:15 even though 3:30 shows open, even just fives minutes ago, it comes up but won't let you add it to the cart with same message about things changing since checking availability, very strange, I would think it would get fixed in the overnight maintenance but that isn't happening either. Hopefully they will get it all figured out before gold window opens.
