I am surprising my DH with a trip to WDW for his 40th birthday in december and i want to get him 40 small gifts that he could use at WDW or would remind him of disney. I'm thinking things like glowsticks, magic band skins, pins for trading etc. I thought this would be a great place to get more ideas. We've been to Disney many times before but I'm stuck thinking what would be a good small gift!!
Thanks!

I'm not very creative, but here are a few thoughts:
We found some Mickey and Minnie toothbrush covers and wet wipes at a dollar store. I know we've found other inexpensive Disney-themed stuff we've taken on trips at the Dollar Store, but my memory's not working right now.
Notepads, pens (they had some nice ones the last time I looked at the Disney store).
Maybe a Disney print or two to hang up at home/office? There are lots of prints that don't necessarily have to scream Disney.
Christmas ornaments since his birthday is in December.
Salt and pepper shakers?
We put our pins on a corkboard for display and they look really nice that way.

This is a really cute idea! I don't know that I could keep a trip a secret for very long! I hope you guys have a nice trip!

As mentioned, the dollar stores have a lot of little items with Disney characters on them. Look in the kids' area of Walmart, Target, and Kmart, they always seem to have little Disney things too. Target has foamy hand soap in the shape of a Mickey and Minnie head. My kids like to keep these in their bathroom all the time because the scents smell nice.

Maybe a few different Disney character ties/Boxers/baseball caps? A snowglobe would be a fun December bday gift. I like the band-aids and the christmas ornament ideas too.

Oh my! What a fun idea! :) A 40th birthday countdown.
Let's see: Disney postcards, magnets, ornaments, magic towels, trading pins, lollypops ( I like the big round multicolored one, nothing screams childhood memory like those pops) , coffee mug, tee shirt of favorite character, pens, pencils... Or you could also go with things like shot glass, wine cork, spices for grilling at home (perhaps find them at Disneystore online?) I bought my husband the shot glasses and wine cork at World of Disney downtown. Tie, tie tack, cufflinks, sleep pants/pajama set. Mickey ears would be fun with his name and birthdate embroidered on them. Baseball hat.

Have fun! I have no doubt he will love the surprise and the thought you have put into it. :)

Oh, and I also read that Disney is doing a new app that will allow you to shop from home for items from the brick and mortar stores at the parks, so you may want to keep an eye out for that as well.
