Surprise letter for X-mas

I am taking my family to Disney in Feb and it is a surprise for X-mas. I would like to get a letter developed to read to the kids on X-mas morning before they open their disney gift bags. Are there current templates out there that I can change some of the information in? I want to show the signature from Mickey if possible.

Below is what I have written so far but want it to be better if possible.

Merry Christmas,

I am here to say surprise and welcome everyone to Disney World in 51 days. You have a fun filled week planned with me and my pals in the parks. You will be having breakfast with me and my closest friends, dinner with the princesses of Disney, dress up time for the girls, pirate life for the boys, and so many other excited adventures I can’t explain. I am even letting you spend a day with Harry Potter and the minions at that other park.
Start packing your bags and saving your money because it wont be long and you will be at the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!

I don't know about current templates but I know I have seen some cute Disney fonts on Pinterest for free download and I bet you could find some nice 'Disney-ish' paper to print it on in a scrapbooking section in a craft store

Don't forget to pack your Invisibility Cloaks and start saving your Galleons because you'll also be boarding the Hogwarts Express to Universal Studios.
