Okay, I'm all caught up...

I can't comment on your birthday dinner (although you've already decided ) because DH and I have only done one signature restaurant in all of our 20+ years of going to Disney... I just don't want to take two or three hours to eat at Disney.

As for the Coronado, I'm sure you can tell from my "unofficial" thread that we absolutely love it there... We love everything about it. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask me either on my PTR or on the CSR thread or send me a PM.

I know what you mean about the siggie dining... very time-consuming. But since this is just the two of us on a rare weekend away, I really will enjoy some nice, grown-up dinners!

#3 And now, what is perhaps the best news of all! The scuttlebutt at work is that a contract has been signed by the new doctor and is currently being reviewed by an attorney! If all goes well, she will join the practice right after Labor Day and I will be able to work full-time!!

I read that there will be a soft opening event Thurs night at the F&WF called "First Bites." (I mention this b/c I know what a F&W fan you are!) If we get down to Orlando early enough, I wonder if we can catch it!

I read that there will be a soft opening event Thurs night at the F&WF called "First Bites." (I mention this b/c I know what a F&W fan you are!) If we get down to Orlando early enough, I wonder if we can catch it!

I did see that and thought it sounded fun. Did you see the write-up on the dessert party as well? That's the one I really liked the sound of...fireworks and desserts -- two of my favorite things!

3D Delicious Dessert Discoveries:
Another new addition to the Festival this year will be 3D Delicious Dessert Discoveries, which will consist of a monster Illuminations Dessert Party every Friday, including endless sweets, coffee, cordials, and wine, along with a 3D, possibly Mickey-fied viewing of Illuminations.

Thanks! It would be great to be able to make more money and not have to change jobs... I've been there for almost nine years!
