Hi all sorry if this has been asked (tried searching and couldn't find anything for this year)

In 2005 there was no MVP parade at MK after the Superbowl. Does anyone know if there is suppossed to be one this year and if so when? Didn't realize we were going to be there superbowl weekend until yesterday. Oops.

We'll be there too and that's EMH for MK that night. I had talked DH into leaving DS with DD at the resort and just doing EMH the 2 of us, but hadn't yet told him that he'd have to miss the SuperBowl

there could be a whole park full of mommies and children for EMH that night.

If I had to guess..... if they were having a MVP parade it would be on the next weekend (11th or 12th) are we going to be there at a bad time if there is going to be MVP parade and cheerleaders at the same time??? What did I do??? oh well, we will be at disney my life is soooo rough!!! I know I probably did not help you very much... Sorry!!

Actually if they have a parade for MVP its usually 1 or 2 days following. Usually during the week and they just add them as Special Guest. But remember last year they stopped the "NOW THAT YOU WON THE SUPERBOWL WHERE ARE YOU GOING". No rumors if its to return this year. But since its a East Coast Superbowl they would come to DW first then out to DL. If its a West Coast its the opposite. The first trip usually takes place withen 24 hours of winning, and rumored of caring a $100,000 for each player. And the 2nd trip is usually later in that week to the other theme park.

Also is not always the MVP either, its been several QB or other notable players.

We will be at WDW that week. How can we find out if there is a MVP parade and where it will be at?????

There is no announcing of the parade before hand. There is usually a sign at MK entrance when you are entering the park saying Special Parade and why and what time it will take place.

Would we be able to ask at the hotel. We don't have park hopper tickets but if I knew this was going to happen we would change our plans and do MK that day. Our son is a huge football fan.

The Superbowl is Sunday, February 5th.

We will be at WDW that week. How can we find out if there is a MVP parade and where it will be at?????

IF there is a parade, it's always been on the Monday afternoon after Sunday's Superbowl. The CMs will know on Monday morning when and where. I've seen it at MGM with Tom Brady - also saw the Red Sox parade at MK!!!

Thanks all, guess we'll just have to play it by ear. Those are the dates we're going and they can't be changed, so if we see it, we see it, if we don't, we don't.

I realized after booking my trip that we will be there for the Superbowl too! Thank goodness for Tivo!!!

I'm hoping for low crowds that day, maybe the locals will stay away?

I will only change my plans for the parade if the Pats or Redskins!

We will be there also. I am hoping DH doesn't grump all day and then disappear for the game. Don't get me wrong, I want him to watch the game. I just don't want him pouty all day. I would love to make it up to him by taking him to the parade. It would be so cool.
