Super Soap Weekend 2008?

I thought kassie and bobbie were great at singing also Spinelli and Johnny from GH sang good on Saturday I couldn't stand no more so I sat down by a store window and turned my head to the left and in the store was Jason Cook believe that's his name a worker was helping him shop no one knew who he was so I called my sister over and we went in and got a picture taken with him and people were like who's that.

I thought Johnny from GH was really nice and funny so was Patrick (sorry I can never remember their first names) I got a lot of picture's over 500 lol need to upload them. Need to get a new camera after awhile my camera gets a bad delay on it and it was driving me insane Sunday night.

I got to do more than I thought - got to DHS at about 9:15 with a looooong line to get into the parking lot - DH, DFIL and DS7 with me on our last day of our 11 day trip and we had until 3pm till leaving for airport - plan was I was going to check out the GH stage thing at 10 then meet them. When we saw the parking lot we figured we'd be heading to another park as soon as I was done that 10 am thing. When I got in I was pleasantly surprised. The street was not crowded yet - called DH to meet me on Hollywood Blvd and get my ticket to get fastpasses for Toy Story Mania (we'd ridden already a few times during the trip but everyone loved it). He got them at 9:40 for noon which is unheard of on a regular day.

The boys went to do something while I waited for the motorcade, which was awesome - I was right on the curb and all of the GH stars in the motorcade were acknowledging the audience as they yelled out. Seemed that Carly (I can't remember her name right now) was the most into it on the cars - she was the most excited about it. They got on stage and answered some questions and it was good. I have to say after all I've heard about Kelly Monaco and seen myself in interviews and such she seemed a little standoffish on the stage - might have been a little more "Sam" than Kelly but she was responding oddly to questions IMO. Becky Herbst struck me as so much more adult in person than on TV which was nice to see. The Q&A was great - I was very excited to be there and be able to do this since I always wanted to go!

While I was at the GH thing, the boys won dream ears at One Man's Dream so that was nice too. We had a great rest of our day riding empty rides and I managed to lean up to get a few pictures of "Johnny", "Spinelli" and "Maxie".

Elizabeth Herbst is AWESOME, and so is Eden Reigle (Bianca). Bobbi Eakes is great too, as for "Robin" I didn't even notice her, she is like a peice of gum stuck on my shoe. I did notice Farah Fath, not waving on Sat. or Sun from the motorcade, didn't look too thrilled to be there, so I didn't bother taking pics of her. I missed Susan Lucci all together, got one shot of her and her DH coming out of dinner on Friday at Epcot, and one of her on the motorcade with her arm in front of her face!

Judy - it was nice meeting and hanging out with you too. I hope you enjoyed your first Super Soap!!

All in all I had a good time. Except for a couple actors singing I thought this years Street Jam was really good. I agree about the Bob Guiney band, well more like Bob's singing. His band was good for everyone, espcially Bradford Anderson (Spinelli) and Brandon Barash (Johnny Z)

I was at MK Monday for my birthday and saw Thorsten and his family 3 times. His little girl is adorable.

Here is a pic that I took. I did not bother them since they were with their family, I felt they had enough of that on Sat and Sunday.

Faith, as normal, I always enjoy hanging out with you during Super Soap and ANY time at the World. I love ya my dear friend!!

We just got home last night and had a blast!! Bill ended up not seeing Kelly Monaco up close, but we saw many others. I have to upload pictures this week.

Kelly's personality wasn't standoffish....Kelly's personality doesn't try to be PC like everyone else. She speaks what's on her mind and sometimes it comes out off the wall. That's the way Kelly is. She cracks me up. What answers did you find oddly?

I was in Kelly's standby last year and at first I thought she'll probably think she's all this and that but she was great she really liked to talk to her fans I mean she took a lot of time by doing that but it made it great she couldn't get her standbys because she was late to something else and another actor was suppose to be sitting there but she signed my picture, I didn't get to see her at all this year, like I said in my other post I get lost in that place.

Glad everyone had a great time I'm so glad my feet have had a rest wow did they hurt I really hope that one worker was right and they'll be back in 2yrs I wanna go again

It was just the way I read it - I can't put my finger on it - nothing specific. Maybe she was just being laid back more than theI did think her comments about the other people on Dancing with the Stars who don't have jobs was funny as heck though.

Farrah Fath looked like she didn't want to be there at all when she was up on the stage for the OLTL interview on Saturday at the hat. She wasn't looking out at the crowd, constantly messing with her hair, and not paying attention. I thought her "do you use tongue with everyone or is it just for me" comment to JPL was ridiculous.

Brittney Underwood looked like she was having a blast, she was so nice.

Yeah. Kelly is totally down to earth. I'm so happy she got that gig in Vegas that she wanted. This year, she did photos and autogrpahs with her standbys on Sunday. She definitely tries to make sure all of her fans, whether it be in Standby or waiting at the barricade get something. Kelly can talk and talk....she's a riot.

I'm sorry to bump this up from the backpages but someone referenced about Sherri Shepherd's clip being on YouTube and it took me a while to find it but I did so I thought I'd post it. Why did I want to find it? Well on Monday I was sick and stayed in my room most of the day and watched The View to see if Sherri would say anything about the weekend. She wasn't back yet so on Tuesday I happened to be back at my room when The View was on and caught her talking about the weekend. And in the first clip of her on Hollywood Blvd you'll see this guy walking down the street on the right hand side in front of all these people watching her. I know that guy - it's my husband! LOL So I wanted to find the clip so he could see it. He told me he saw her down there but didn't tell me they were taping anything. I was shocked when I saw it and then embarrassed that he walked in front of all those people. LOL
