what time is breakfast on the Fantasy? Does it matter that we are main dining, and also, could you confirm, is main dining 5:45pm?

Typically, yes, main (early) seating is 5:45. Your breakfast time is not a set time. You may dine in any of the venues that serve breakfast anytime during their serving hours.

The only time breakfast has a set time/seating is on debarkation day. That morning you are assigned to the dining room you had dinner the last night at a set time. Main seating is typically 6:45 for breakfast that last morning.
