I know we hear of MS getting things messed up from time to time, so I wanted to share a ++ today. I had a call I was dreading making---change names on reservation #1 from one set of points, drop 2 days off reservation #2 from another set of points, link #1 and #2 to have a consecutive stay, then bank extra points from #2. No rooms avail, so if any mistakes--out of luck getting the rooms back.
MS rep. was great--after I said I didn't' even want to make any changes if there was ANY chance of losing my reservation, she assured me no worries, made the changes and we are all set--and I wished HER a magical day at the end!
