Lisa-
Nice job with the new thread. I like how you put WISH names and "real" names together. I am horrible with names so this really helps me out.
Cecilia- you rock! You are my new idol. Your dedication and commitment are inspiring. Congrats on your PR! Way to go!!! Plus you have the coolest WISH name.
To day is supposed to be in the 50s! Goodby treadmill! If the weather really is this nice today I am going to have a rather "interesting" ride!
Nothing for me this weekend- I work every Sat and Sun and my home is a disaster when I get back. Not sure what the family does to get it that way but the house needs me on the weekends!

And this isn't the first time the balls of my feet have hurt after a day in them.
I have foot issues too having extremely high arches. I wore the wrong shoes (NB) and started having pain in my good knee, then it finally settled into PF. Comfy shoes are high on the list. Blisters low on the list. I usually walk around the house barefoot and I have such UGLY feet!! So...Uggs, ugly feet, it is all good here in the house of Super Goofs!!
Maybe then I could step out of the 11 mpm range with the rest of you!!!!!!
My first mile was 10:01, second mile with a .25 mile hill down and up was 12:17 and my last mile with my wet sneak, wet sock and starting to get cold foot was 9:50.
