Hey everybody! I guess I need to get caught up on the new spreadsheet process....hopefully it is easy, I am not so good with stuff like that! I will attempt to figure it out though! I will try tonight as I have some miles/time to enter.
I got in a workout yesterday and today. I am really trying to work on my speed for my upcoming half in May. Today, I did 1/4 mile intervals at an 8:49 pace. I felt great, and didn't really feel too tired, although I am not sure I would be able to keep that pace up for too long. I am following Hal Higdon's intermediate half marathon plan. It has a lot of speed work built into it, so we shall see how it goes!
Suzanne--I love the triple print! It looks great. I was thinking about ordering one, but gotta see if it fits in the budget right now!
I guess I should go try to figure out this spreadsheet thing!
Later, Goofs!!!

Not something I do often but maybe something I do more of in the future.
I hope to hear from both of our new members soon!!
See I knew we kept him around for something...
I cannot wait to see those miles and minutes adding up!!

to our new members! Glad to have you.
PS-how goes the Ironman training?
To the Super Goof team!! It is getting to feel like this
around here. The teams are getting huge this time. I think our biggest group last year was 18 and we are now up to 20 members!! Here's hoping that everyone sticks with it this year...
Thank goodness for my extremely few powder ski runs and remembering to keep the tips of my skis up. I didn't even kill the dog when he sunk to his shoulders in the snow (Irish Wolfhound mix who is taller than me practically)!! He had this helpless deer in the headlights look on his face, poor baby.
Then 9 miles on Sunday, once again. Field hockey all weekend long really interrupts my workout time.
