Thanks for letting me relive this era. This morning I told my 7 year old about the two times the Pats were penalized for cheating (Spygate and Deflategate). The evidence some Pats fans keep denying exists.
Indisputable facts: prior to the investigation, McNally referred to himself as 'the deflator' in text message between him and another Pats employee. McNally received valuable memorabilia from TB. McNally insinuated he has a scandalous story to tell ESPN. There is video of McNally inappropriately taking the game balls into a locked room
*after* the referees had inspected them (there was a restroom in the officials' locker room). What really happened? I lost my common sense a long time ago...
Do the Pats really run such a dis-organised ship that a game-day-only employee took it upon himself to tamper with the GOATs footballs? Without any direction from the Pats or TB? He just took it upon himself? Astounding!!!!
