Sunwing/Kelowna Air

Some time ago we booked our airfare with selloffvacations.com -- they booked us charter flights on Kelowna Air through Sunwing vacations. When I go on sunwing's website they don't list Orlando as a destination anymore....I call the travel agency, according to my booking now the flight and times is blank. Agency knows nothing!!! I'm freaking just a little, we leave in 3 weeks!! Anyone else heard anything or booked on similar flights?

Hi Tracey,

We booked Sunwing on Kelowna too (we leave on January 2). Last week my travel agent called and said Sunwing is now using Jetsgo. The time for our flights has changed (for the better), but the biggest change is that we're now flying into and out of Sanford Airport.

I picked up my tickets from my agent yesterday and everything seems to be fine - a whole Sunwing travel info pack, luggage tags etc.

That would really stink!!! I have transportation booked out of MCO and I don't know if Jetsgo will fly on my dates!

Thanks for the info...would have been nice for my TA to call.

I verified Jetsgo has flights on our dates, however Murray Hill out of Sanford is over a $100 more. Not acceptable!!!
