Sunshine Seasons?

Thinking about doing a lunch at Sunshine seasons...

Where exactly is it located?

I heard they have healthy options, are they any good?

Anyone have any pics to share of the food there?

They are in EPCOT inside the Land Pavillion.
It is downstairs and is a big food court type area.

I'm not sure that their menu is any more healthy than any other options (besides burgers). But they do have some delicious things.

If you want delicious and more healthy options, I would consider the Tangierine Cafe in Morocco in EPCOT. It's a quick service also and is the first building in Morocco.

It's in the Land Pavillion which is in the same location as Soarin.

As for healthy foods, I think you will be fine. They have rotisserie chicken and several other options.

And as for good? yes, this place IMHO is one of the better options for cs in WDW.

I don't have a picture of the food, but I found a picture of a map of Epcot, so you can see where it is. Sunshine Seasons is located inside "The Land."

We like the food here. There are no options that are fried. Just mostly fresh food and grilled offerings. Someone already posted a menu, so I won't do that. But we generally stop by here at least once a trip. My son loves their salmon and I think the tofu noodle bowl is wonderful. And as for my husband..well..he'd order the whole dessert case if they would let him. Seriously though the strawberry shortcake is delicious!

This is one of my favorite spots to eat, unfortunately I'm not one to take picture of my food but this is what we always get and it's always good.

My son always gets the Smoked ham amd salami (he's a salami nut) on focaccia bread, I love their roasted beet salad w/ goat cheese and the turkey & cheese on foccacia. I've had the Mongolian Beef and it was ok. My vegan friend always gets the tofu & noodles and loves it! It's a nice respite from the burgers, fries etc.!

My friend and I had a healthy and delicious dinner there. I had seared tuna over cold Asian noodles and my friend had a salad with beets, spinach, and some other things. They were both very hearty and reasonably priced, and located in the salad section.

We hit Sunshine Seasons on every trip. There are many options to choose from, some healthier than others. It includes several "stations" that you go to in order to get your food. LOTS of choices. Sorry, no pics here either.

NOTE: Sunshine Seasons is officially a Quick Service eatery.
However, they have a great variety of comfort food, soups/salads,
sandwiches, and an Asian station. They service a quick and good
breakfast. The Grill food for lunch/dinner is excellent - chicken,
salmon and pork chops. There is also a temptingly delicious pastry
counter. What more can one ask. A definite RustyScupper favorite
eatery. And, we recommend only four WDW Quick Service eateries.

I much prefer the key lime pie over the strawberry shortcake. Then again, I'm much more of a citrus fan than a strawberry fan. On a hot day though, that key lime pie is so light and fluffy and refreshing...... so yummy!!

Lots of good food at Sunshine Seasons for a family of 5 like mine! We always try to stop b/c of the variety (and location). They have many options, including desserts, which always look incredible!

Besides their great food options another thing I liked about them is that you get the drinks yourself, so they are great for getting refills.

There are so many things I want when I go to SS I have a hard time making my decisions..LOL I know Im not crazy about the chinese food its average mall chinese but the sandwhiches are wonderful, the desserts are great, breakfast is great!

I want to try the salmon and the roasted beet salad..

We eat at Sunshine Seasons every trip. It's such a great value for a CS credit. I always get the rotisserie pork chop and either mashed potatoes or rice.

My husband sometimes gets the pork chop and sometimes the Italian sandwich. My kids usually get the chicken leg.

I love Sunshine Seasons! Here are a couple pics (sorry they are a little blurry)from when we were there 5/2010. they also have a pretty decent Chicken Caesar Salad.

Rotisserie chicken and 2 sides, carrots and rice pilaf.

We love love love Sunshine Seasons. We alway eat here. There are so many options for every taste. Sunshine Seasons is located in The Land where Soarin is.
