Sunshine seasons in Epcot

Does anyone happen to know what time this opens for lunch? Is it 10am or 11am? Just curious, because I'd like to have lunch while I'm in the land for soarin.

I do not know the exact time, but last week we ate at about 10:45, so it certainly opened before 11:00. The chicken on flatbread was great. The kids chicken with mashed potato was good too!

We were there the week after Easter and they wouldnt serve anyone lunch stuff until 11am even though they were putting it out. One lady had to wait until 11am and then they gave it to her..

Must be a day-to-day type of thing, because I am certain we purchased our meals before 11. Perhaps they open as soon as they have everything set up, and that varies?

I am pretty sure that they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 because that is my favorite meal and we asked last time we were there in February. Lunch begins right afterward. It is the only place serving breakfast in FW now that Fountaiview Cafe is closed.

I am extremely interested in eating breakfast at Seasons so I can get to EPCOT quicker and not waste time at the hotel getting breakfast.
I'm assuming that they start serving breakfast when FW opens, but what is usually offered for breakfast?!?!

They have lots of breakfast options, the usual eggs, waffles, bacon, etc, lots of pasty, muffins, croissants, etc...

They also serve a breakfast sandwich similar to the one at Fountainview, but we had not yet tried it. It's on the schedule for our May trip.
