Sunshine Flyer... does this look right?

Just checked Sunshine Flyer's site. They start pick-up at 4am for flights at 7am and later. My flight is at 9:30am. The website had me choose the hour within which my flight departs, so I picked 9-10am. I'm a little confused by the information on the reservation page, though. It says:



Does this mean they'll taking us to the airport between 9am and 10am? I assumed they'd pick us up by 6:30am for a 9:30am flight.

They will pick you up around 6:30am as it says in the email they will give you the exact time in an email later.

if you have any concerns email them. They respond promptly. Once it took them 2 hours to reply to me and they apologized profusely when in my opinion that was fast lol. Their responsiveness is excellent. That alone was enough for me to book them.

That's what I did and the response was within an hour. They said I have the correct information, they'll pick me up around 6:30, and they understand their website is confusing and they are working on making it easier to understand. I booked them.

Customer service is key and shows me a company cares about their clients. It was definitely enough for me to use them. Looking forward to it next week

It should be, based on what they told me. You indicate your flight time, they'll pick you up about 3 hours before that. If you want to double-check, email them. They respond pretty quickly!
