Hi Joy! Welcome to the Summer Club!
Yeah, my goal is 26 lbs in 16 weeks which is agressive. I was on a high after losing 2.8 last week, BUT honestly, as long as I am still being healthy (eating right and moving/working out) I will be happy. when I was in my early 20's, I was easily losing 2 lbs a week. but now . . . . it is harder to lose weight and also to behave myself!
Confession: we went out to chili's tonight and my friend ordered chips and salsa. I shouldnt have had any - I know - but I had a handful. I did cut myself off but i didnt need those chips or all of that salt. I mean, the good news is that i stopped myself and before, i wold have finished the basket . . . bad news is that i HAD those chips.
To be fair, I did have the guiltless plank tilapia and broccoli for dinner. And I had coffee (black) for dessert while everyone else ate molten cake. AND get this: my skinny friend only ate 1/2 of her molten cake! (I guess that is wy she is skinny!) It took everything in my power not to grab her plate and like it clean!
