Summer Bay Resort...Villas???

I just exchanged to this resort via RCI...into a 2 bedroom villa. Are the villas better than the 2 bedroom condos? What's the difference? How old are they? Is there a restaurant?
Any thoughts???

We stayed at the villas in 2004. They are a little smaller than the condos i think. They don't have patios like the condos do. The villas are farther away from the main pool(short walk to it thought) but they are right by the kids interactive pool.

Our villa had a king in the masterbedroom and one queen in the second bedroom. There was also a pullout couch. They have a stackable washer and dryer in the closet by the kitchen.

I thought they were really nice. We got it on skyauction for $250 for the week!
