Summer 2011 Dream Discounts?

Hi Everyone,

We have gotten lucky with FL resident discount rates for cruises.

Does anyone think that the Dream will offer these next summer or is it selling too well? I know that the majority of the rooms have balconies on the Dream and that most of the summer cruises have the little inventory of inside or porthole rooms sold already. But it is so hard to tell whether or not the boat is full since like 80% of the rooms are balcony rooms.

Anyone think summer discounts may be a possibility or you think not this year? I know this is WAY in advance but we are trying to decide if we should hope or not.

I'm hoping that will be an option for us as well. I will tell you, I looked at a Dream cruise next Fall, and a 4 day on the Dream was the same as our summer 5 day on the Wonder...I would pay that just to be on the new ship.

Hey Steffy!!!!

We are in Apopka too!!! We just put down Orlando because who in the heck knows where Apopka is?? LOL!!!

We will be sailing in May and in Sept of 2011. We are already booked but are hoping that the FL resident savings come out for these cruises!!! We'd LOVE to have some more on board credits!!

Like I said, I know it is a long way away, but we are really hoping for the summer.

I know inside room is basically out (which we thought would be really neat with the virtual porthole), but fingers crossed they do a discount.

yeah the inside are booked on a lot of the cruises. We have one booked for June but any GTY rooms or discounts would be amazing!

Anything is possible I guess....I just got a call from my TA this weekend that my January 30, 2011 cruise on the Dream just was reduced in price (no Fl Res, DCL just lowered the rate) by almost $350.00!! I was happy but surprised. We are doing a back to back with the MV of the Dream and so are many others, so I didn't really think that particular cruise would go down in price but it did!!!
