I will be traveling solo to Orlando from 11/14 thru the 19th to attend a class that is being held near Seaworld. I'm hoping to spend under $150 a night, have parking included. Free breakfast would be great. Low or no resort fee. I will have a rental car. Location wise I'd like to be within 20 minutes of Seaworld. I'd prefer a timeshare type resort vs a single hotel room. Clean, safe and quiet are my needs.

I've looked at Vistana Lake Buena Vista and a Hilton Grand Vacation near Seaworld (I think that's the name-it was a Mousesavers Special Deal, which has since disappeared).

Any suggestions?

You probably won’t find an actual timeshare resort that offers free breakfast. You can find it in extended stay hotels like Homewood Suites or Home2Suites. Some of those have parking included and some don’t, and some have resort fees and some don’t (even within the same brand name fees can be different based on location). If it were me, I would look at both the extended stay hotels and the timeshare resorts in the area you wish to stay in and see which one will best fit your needs. When you have narrowed it down to 3-4 choices, come back and ask for advice on those specific options. Neither choice is bad, but both choices may have compromises that only you can prioritize.
