Any suggestions on a infant carrier that me & DH can use while at WDW. Our DS will be 7 mos when we go in June.

TIA!!!!!

If you do a search, you will find tons of threads on this subject. At 7 mos, I'd get either a soft structured carrier like the Beco, Ergo or Patapum or a mei tai like the baby hawk. If you want to carry your baby on your back, the soft structured carriers cannot be beat. They are so comfy. For a front carry, I much prefer a mei tai. I LOVED my babyhawk. We took it to dl when ds was 7 mos and I carried him it the whole time.

I took my sling (hotsling) and baby bjorn. I think I preferred the baby bjorn because my daughter could look forward and see what was going on. For the most part though, we just used out stroller and then took her out if we were going on a ride she could go on.

The sling was easier to get her in and out of though. Easier than the baby bjorn. Plus it all depends on what your baby likes. We just took my 3 month old son down and I was so excited to use the Baby Bjorn, but he HATED it. Just wanted to be carried.

A solarveil water sling. Best for-parks baby purchase I ever made, and great for a summer trip. You can wear him in it in the parks and in the pools, and use the tail for extra shade both while wearing him AND when he's in the stroller.

The one I have is a Taylor-Made ring sling; in khaki color.

This is DD sleeping in it on the Teacups at age 6 mos. I also carried her in it facing outward in a bucket carry with her sitting cross-legged; I also used that in the pools. We took our Ergo on that trip but did not use it; the sling was just so much more compact and easy to use on rides. Now she's much bigger so the Ergo is a better choice, but at 6-7 months in summertime you can't beat a mesh sling.

Oh yeah i totally agree with the pp's, a Babyhawk mei tei http://www.babyhawk.com/ , a Beco http://becobabycarrier.com/ or Kanga X http://www.bloo-kangaroo.com/ (definitely my FAVORITE SSC) , or a Solarveil ring sling my favorite Ring slings are from http://www.sleepingbaby.net/shop/products.php?cat=5 ..this page has the solarveil!
I would also suggest checking out.. http://thebabywearer.com/ Here you can find tons of info on all carriers..and there is a for sale or trade (FSOT) forum where you may be able to get a couple of genty used carriers for the price of a new one..lol

I took my solarveil ring sling and my babyhawk and SSC anytime we went to WDW...i like to change it up and you can't beat the coolness of the solarveil, plus it has sun protection and you can get it wet. It is so nice to hold your baby in the pool and snuggle, but still be hands free!!!

I swear by the Baby Bjorn. We used it at WDW when our son was 11 mos and again when he was 21 mos. Its super comfy and easy to adjust when you and husband switch off. Switching can also be done with baby still inside. Its also great for sitting with, so baby can stay in it on rides and in shows.

I always loved using a sling carrier...but be careful in June....it gets hot, and it is easy for little ones to get overheated in a sling. ( It is very cozy in there!!)

I didn't even think about it being June. Solarveil slings are hard to come by, but if you can find one it would be great! I agree that in June you have to be careful that baby doesn't get overheated.
