Suggestions on how to plan our days

We will be there Dec 6-11, checking out on the 12th. No park hoppers, want to do EMH and plan on doing MVMCP. DH and I would probably be able to utilize the EMH with out DD because my parent aren't night owls and will probably turn in early.
Any suggestions or tips would be great.
