Well I think we're going back "home." I just put a courtesy hold for the end of August for the Beach Club. We've been to Disney twice in the last 3 or 4 years and have done the deluxe dining both times. We are planning that way again. For most of our previous trips, we've planned our dining for 1 TS breakfast and 1 Signature Dining. It worked out well for us.
The other vacations we've stayed at MK resorts; this time we are staying at the Beach Club. We've eaten at Yachtsman (loved it!), but no other restaurants in that area of hotels. Does anyone have recommendations? We're not really picky, but we would lean toward steak, seafood, Italian.

...it gets pretty good reviews. We think LeCelier is better than Yachtsmans, but that's just personal preference. If you are staying at BC, you must have a burger from Beaches N Cream
...and an ice cream! Our kids loved this place. And since you're on the Dxdp, you won't mind spending $15 for a hamburger. Our family always does Dxdp...and usually do similar to you...lots of signatures. We have always saved money doing it this way.
