I've never seen the inside of POFQ, so thanks for the pictures It's very pretty. Maybe I'll go one day (when I'm not a DVC member YET after I move out.... that'll be a sad sad day).

-I stayed at Saratoga in 2008 and it was SO nice! The only thing I didn't like was how far of a walk it was from where we stayed (the carousel) back to the main area. We had to take a bus to get back...otherwise it was a 15 minute walk
-Hah! I have always wanted to live on a street with a Disney name! Heck! I'll even deal with a Disney Character name!
-I stayed at Port Orleans Riverside last trip, but I went over to French Quarter and fell in love!
-I just realized that you left on my Grandpa's birthday! He turned 51 yesterday!
-I agree! I always get the earliest flight I possibly can! That way I always have as much time in DW as possible!
-I also love the campaign banners! I want those in my house!
-You are beyond cute! Love that picture!
-I think my favorite part of that lobby is the fountain!
-Ahh! Love the Mardi Gras Balloons!
-I always love getting a room close to the main area and bus stop!
-I've never been inside that gift shop! Oh well, that'll just be something to visit next trip!
-I love the bright colors of the buildings!
-My room # was 4-something too!!!

Great updates!!! I loved staying at POFQ in March and June! I wish we could stay there in Sept/Oct when my parents come but it's sold out With it being the smallest and now with queen beds, those rooms are going to go quickly, especially with discounts!

I can't wait to read more!

Kristen, I'm finally here OMG. I'm sorry I'm so late. I have so much to catch up on!

First of all, your Disney (and Harry Potter) nails are FABULOUS, girl. I always debate doing mine in some interesting Disney fashion, but then I wind up just throwing on a solid color at the last minute.

I remember having to read Founding Brothers in high school. I'm pretty sure my copy actually came to WDW with me too, though I don't think I got much reading done...

Planning DVD Dave is wonderful. He's up there with Stacey on my Disney heroes list. Anytime I sit on a bench, I'm reminded of him.

YAY! POFQ! I can't wait to stay there. It looks wonderful and relaxing. I think we're going to request Building 4. It seems like a great location. Proximity to the bus stop is always a plus.

Can't wait for more!

I'm back! We had a fantastic time and this trip was one of the best yet! The rains from the hurricane hardly affected us at all!​
