Stupid MDE question

I am trying to link all our accounts. My DD set up her account several years ago and doesn't remember her password, or have access to the same email account. Therefore, she hasn't even gotten the "invitation" from my MDE account. How do I fix this?
 
Does she have tickets or any other data linked to her MDE?

If not:
- just add her name to your account
or,
- have her open a new MDE account with her new email address

It's possible that her tickets for May 2018 are linked to her MDE ( I assume they are, since mine are already linked to my MDE).
