Stuffing

Last year at thanksgiving my cousins husband said his mother used to make Italian stuffing. He described it as lots of meats (pepperoni, sausage) and really thick, almost so you had to cut it.

Does anyone have a recipe that is similar to this?

I would love to try and make something like this for him!
