Studio at OKW (or any other resort) for Oct

I am currently going through the closing process (I am overnighting the paperwork/check tomorrow). I am hoping once I am in the system to take a 4 night trip in early October. I know I won't get near BWV(home resort). I figure I would try for OKW or maybe SSR.

I am holding off buying plane tix and MNSSHP tix, until I am sure I can get a ressie through DVC.

Any idea what my chances are?

I suppose it depends on how long and what time of the month you want to go. If you are including a weekend, there's the greater chance of getting a room for the weekend.

I called a few weeks ago for OKW from Oct 6-9 for a studio and none were available. Only thing that was available for my trip at the time was a 1 bedroom at SSR. There was also a studio but only for the 6th and 8th so I'm waitlisted for a studio @ SSR. Good luck, hope you get what you want.

Edited to add: Just checked the dvc member site and my waitlist came through.

so you just might get you wish - once more DVCers switch from their resort to it.
