stuck on a ride?

I was stuck on Dinosaur for about 10 minutes. They stopped the ride and turned on the lights and a few workers walked around with flashlights. I'm not sure what happened.

I also got stuck on Splash Mountain for about 15 minutes before the lift for the big drop. It was my sister's first time on Splash Mountain and she was nervous and that was probably the worst place for it to stop.

My DH and I got stuck on Maelstrom this past Sept and he had never ridden before. We were at the top of the first hill before the ride really starts. We were stuck there for 20 minutes. Finally the lights came on and we walked down the stairs. They gave us fastpasses for anytime the next few days good for several different rides at Epcot. Unfortunately we didn't get back to Epcot so DH never did get to ride it. And that is the biggest reason I can't wait to go back (he likes the whole Viking thing). :thumbsup2

I was stuck on E:E for about 45 minutes this past June. The bad thing is, we were only a few feet from the unloading platform. You can see it in this picture. (These were our rescuers, coming to let us out...finally!)

Got stuck in the last room on IASW. Just at the bit where the song really gets going. :scared1: A whole half an hour of little dolls staring at me and singing. *shudders* any longer and I'd have been on the floor of the boat holding my knees and rocking, saying "so many little people" over and over. We needed quite a few trips on Space Mountain after that horrendous experience.

We've been stuck on POTC twice. Each time was for about 30 minutes. We were also stuck on IASW for a 15 minutes.

We've ben stuck on Test track twice. Once in the heat room for about 5 minutes ( But it felt like longer), and once just past the room where they spray you.

But we still love the ride!

BTMRR--2, 3 minutes. Second lift hill (the one in the cave with the bats).
TSM--After every game, we stopped moving. And just sat there with the lights on. There was "practice shooting", but for no point value (darnit!).
Splash--Brief log jam getting off the ride (2, 3 minutes).
ToT--Ride broke down (actually, a kid was injured somehow during the ride) and elevator was derailed for a good 5-7 minutes. (We weren't IN the elevator, but the doors were open, and we were just about to load)

My teenage son and his girlfriend got stuck on Pirates for probably 15 minutes, but the music was also stuck...they heard the pirates singing,
"YO YO YO YO YO YO YO" over and over. Not Yo-ho, just YO. They still talk about how crazy it was!pirate:

My husband was stuck on Space Mountain for about 30 minutes. Luckily they were not IN the mountain....he was in his seat...and they were moving forward when it stopped. I would have hated to be in the mountain. I don't think they turn the lights on!!!!

Even thought he was stuck....he still got back in line and did it again...it's such a fun ride.

I got stuck for a half hour on It's a Small World... That's about enough to jump out of the boat and swim to the exit! Over and over and over and over in the same spot we listened to that song!

I felt the same way when we got stuck on that for a half hour!!! I think that has to be the worst one to get stuck on! Love the ride, when it is 10 minutes long!

We just got stuck on POTC last week for 2 hours!!!! We were in a boat that they could not get to a landing area. It was not fun because we were in the ship shooting area and they could not keep the shooting and water explosing stopped. It would cycle back on every 15 minutes and it would take them 5 minutes to turn it all off again. They pushed the boats back and forth to get everyone else off and we were last. We had to climb over our boat into the boat in front of us to get off. All we got were 20FP for each of us on the boat that expired at the end of the week. We could not use them all because most of the FP lane were not opened so we gave most of them away.

I was stuck on the HM for 20 min before, but have been lucky to avoid it for the most part. Other than the occasional "stall" for loading/unloading the belt loading rides (HM, Nemo, Figment, etc) I have only been stuck that once.

Stuck in its a Small World for about 15 min.

My husband leaned over and told me he was in

DISNEY H#LL!!:scared1:

Wouldn't you be!!!:lmao:

Test Track a couple times for about 10 mins or so and Haunted Mansion for about 20 mins

A couple of years ago we got stuck and then evacuated off BTMR. I was actually happy because I was riding with my young nephew and he was starting to cry as we headed up the final hill. It was just too intense for him at that age. We got fast passes that we could use on any other fastpass ride in the park. We went over to Buzz--that was more his speed at the time.

Last time we were there, we were stuck in the last section of Buzz for nearly 20 minutes. Sadly, they reset our scores right before it got going again. They kept announcing a "please stay seated" message over the loud speaker.

We got stuck on Splash once, right near the end where there is that waterfall coming down the side. I was on that side of the boat, so I got splashed continuously for about 20 minutes.

We got stuck and then evacuated on TTA once too. That was actually kind of fun because it was a nice day and we were tired, so we enjoyed our time sitting up there relaxing and watching the people below. After about 40 minutes, CMs came to get us. We had to walk a long way through the tunnels and then down some stairs. They gave us a bunch of ride re-entry passes to use on any ride later that day.

We got stuck on Expedition Everest for like 10-15 minutes. It was at the part where the tracks break. It was hot and the white "snow" on the walls was reflecting the sun in our faces. We outlasted the soundtrack that they play and then had to listen to a message of somebody telling us that our train had made an unexpected stop and someone would come to get us soon. We were like 170 feet in the air and had to walk down like 20 flights of stairs inside the mountain. It was lame but it is stll my favorite ride.

We got stuck on EE during an evening EMH at the section where you are about to start moving forward again. We were stopped about 10 minutes. We were in the front row, but we were in the mountain, which - IMO - is the best place to be stopped in that ride. My sister, a very calm, rational scientist, had a panic attack and began crying because I had (mistakenly) read some threads to her about people getting stuck on EE on the LIFT HILL (with pictures to boot!). I think that thread was flashing before her eyes. The people behind us thought it'd be great to regale everyone within hearing range about horror stories about being stuck on rides , which didn't help her overall mood. I enjoyed being in the mountain and seeing the yeti's shadow race by every few seconds but coulda done without that abnoxious 20-something year old dude behind me. I got to keep DSis calm for once. We got started again, after hearing the same message the PP did about our train making an unscheduled stop. I saw the track rollover and that made me feel much better. I wasn't ready to hurtle toward that big drop with no track beneath us!
