Hi everyone! I used to be a WISHer so I've decided to come here for some help.
I am on WW for a while now lost weight but I am starting to lose motivation, but not going to give up!

I was thinking of trying Jenny Craig just to kick myself into weight loss! I know how to eat well ( I just don't do it all the time - LOL) so I feel once I lose a good amount of weight and have some control I will go back to WW again.

I've been on JC before and did well, anyone have any advice/thoughts?

No advice on Jenny Craig but just wanted to pop in and say not to get too discouraged. You may be in a holding pattern because your body has gotten comfortable with the way you are eating and has figured "you" out. Maybe try changing some things up a little. If you are still following WW and are using the points, eat on the higher end of your points one day then switch and eat on the lower end the next day. I am sure that others will also agree that we have to keep our bodies guessing what is going on so it doesn't get settled. You can do this, remember to also get your water in and if you aren't exercising try to get a little in to start with if only walking up steps instead of taking the elevator. Look forward to hearing how you are doing so come back and update us when you can.

michelle -- looks like Tammy has already (so very wisely ;)) added some of my original thoughts so i'd echo her suggestion of mixing things up a bit. either up and down on the points, or add in a new exercise a couple times a week that your body isn't acclamated to. (did i spell that right?)

i personally believe WW works, i'm struggling too but i know it works for me. I don't know much about JC but if you feel it's a sensible/healthy eating plan for you and something new would give you the gusto again, why not? my concern with JC is the crutch of premade meals b/c one day you'll have to wean off them. i know they walk you through that but i would be like woohoo -- food!

Welcome back!
So far I'm thinking your advice is spot on. If you can get to mixing up a bit, you might also try to cut the portion in half and eat that at 2 different times. I've found this to be helpful as well.

Don't give up. Let us know how you are managing.
