Hi all,
I'm off to disney in September, we are taking our 2 year old toddler so need a stroller. I'm taking my one with me, just wondering how it works and what people have done? Do you park it at the rides? Do they have stroller parks? Or do you leave the stroller parked for a couple hours then go and collect it? What have people done? Do I need to take a padlock for the stroller?
Thanks Jen

-You will need your stroller
-There are stroller parking lots to put your stroller in, usually they are in an area that will allow you to park and do a few attractions in the area before going back to it
-Dont leave your stroller outside of an area that is not a parking lot, CMs will move it and leave you in a flurry trying to find out where they put it (best to park it yourself)
-Remember that sometimes CMs move/rearrange strollers to make the area more organized
-You can leave it parked for as long or as little as you wish
-You cannot lock your stroller TO anything, people used to bring locks for the wheels but recently have been told they arent allowed to use them (YMMV).

^^^Good advice. I would add that if you will ride the Disney buses, you will need to fold your stroller and hold it yourself when you board the bus. Your child can't stay in the stroller on the bus. If you take the monorail, usually you can leave your child in the stroller and just roll it on board.

We just do to leave bags in our stroller when it's parked. We've never had a problem with leaving the stroller itself while on a ride or at a meal.

We left our bag in the stroller too. We put a beach towel over our stroller while it's in stroller parking. You can find it easier after (since sometimes the CMs move them around) and the stroller seat gets less hot from the sun.

there is a stroller parking area near every attraction that requires you to leave strollers outside.

you go get it when you are done with the attraction and move on to the next.

no need for a pad lock.

just don't leave your valuables in it unattended and make sure you have something on it that indicates its yours.
a luggage tag with your name and cell phone number would be helpful in the rare occurrence that its accidentally taken by someone with the same stroller.

and just know that you will have to take your toddler out and fold the stroller when you get on the buses.

Like others said, there is stroller parking areas. I have had cast members move my stroller a couple of times (they kinda organize sometimes) so try to put something on yours that makes it easy to spot.

As far as bags, I had one in diapers so we had a backpack. I also carried a small purse for my wallet and phone, and that came with me on all the rides. I used a cross body one that zipped close so nothing would spill out on the faster rides. The diaper bag, snacks and drinks stayed on the stoller with no issues at all.
