I have several health issues and must carry some gear. I am mobile but because of some of my issues, it's hard to carry a bag with my gear in it. Is it possible to either bring or rent a stroller to carry stuff in? I know it's weird but it's the only solution I can think of. This will be my second solo trip and due to my various issues, I suffered due to carrying my items during the first trip and want to enjoy myself more this time.

You'd have to park it outside of line queues, is your gear portable? What about a rollator? You could rest a bag on that while pushing it, or attach a basket and it could go through accessible lines or you'd have access to alternate entrances. Then it could be parked nearby while you're on rides. If you don't need the seat of a 4 wheeled rollator there are 3 wheel ones that are basically just rolling walkers.

Edited to add:
I thought this was a DLR specific question, where many queues are not accessible. I'm not sure how far away stroller parking is at WDW, but in DL, there tends to be one central spot per land, which would really separate you from anything left in the stroller.

Hi. In the UK they actually do shopping bags on wheels. Do they not do anything like this in the US?

As for renting a stroller to carry stuff- sure that's fine but you have to fold it for buses

I see. I am in a wheelchair so we use the bag on the back or if I do get up and walk a very short distance I use the seat so I see what you mean. A rollator might work with a basket or a stroller like you say. But I would bring my own the park ones are large and plastic. You might want a lighter smaller one.

as others have said a roller would work ( and maybe better then a stroller since it is smaller and easer to move in crowded areas)

Do you need all the gear with you at all times? If you only need it for specific times of they day, you could see about leaving some of it with First Aid or putting it in a locker.

Would you need to take whatever you use, stroller/rollator, into lines with you? If so, you might be better with a rollator as the strollers are not normally allowed in lines and you have to get a stroller as a wheelchair tag. I am not say that you would not get the tag, but the CMS might be looking for a kid each time and you might have to explain more frequently.

There is no rule against using a stroller to carry your belongings. That said, I do believe others have pointed out some things to consider:

Each park has lockers available for daily rental if you do not need your items with you all day.
If what you carry is medical-related and only needed at certain point(s) during the day, you may be able to leave items with First Aid.
A park rental cannot be used outside of the parks, so you would still need to carry your belongings to/from transportation and your resort. An offsite rental might be a better option because you can keep it with you to/from parks.
A stroller must be folded on buses.
Without a stroller-as-wheelchair tag, a stroller must be parked outside of attractions.
A rollator or wheelchair could be pushed through most queues (no need to park it outside).
Regardless of what device you use, I would not leave anything of value behind; so maybe have a smaller bag with the essentials/valuables that you can grab to take on rides with you.

Enjoy your vacation!

Well, backpacks are allowed, and are often huge ones, especially at DL. I get clunked in the face regularly by them, lol. I have even seen rolling luggage, which seems a bit much to me.

sure we have them, but at Disney they are not permitted in any lines. nor are wagons or any other sort of rolling storage container. in fact IIRC they are not even permitted in the parks at all.

and I am fairly certain requesting a 'stroller as wheelchair' tag will be denied since there is no one actually sitting in the stroller.

I would worry about leaving it when on rides then so I would opt for locker and carry small items.
