stroller rentals

Hi We are going to the BCV on March 5-12 we will have 2 young children with us. I was wondering about the strollers that you rent at the parks. Do they recline in case they fall alseep?

I don't know about the double stroller, but last year when I rented a stroller it was a big blue plastic one which did not recline, but my daughter did say it was very comfortable.
