Headed to disney dec 7_12 and are undecided on stroller rental. We know our six year old will feel tired at times and want a break. Should we just rent a double and use a ergo for the baby when the oldest is tired or rent the glider board option, which generally get poor reviews.

I would just rent the double and take a break when the 6yr old is tired. We went with a 2, 6 and 8 yr old and my 6yr old would get tired(it was very hot like over 100 degrees), but he never would have wanted to be in a stroller. We would just sit and relax a little and he'd be fine. Pushing a stroller around is a pain and my dh carried my 2 yr old on his shoulders most of the time and we just parked the stroller. I think you would be unhappy pushing two strollers around there.
