Stroller Question

This is our first time taking a baby to Disney. Our little guy will be 11 weeks old when we take him the first time, probably for a couple hours since we are local. But we are also going with all the family (12 total-including 3 2 and under). What are your tips and tricks for strollers? We have the Mockingbird-both the bassinet and regular seat with the infant carrier. We already put an AirTag in the stroller and have the little pouch on the handle with two carabiners. What else should we do to make the park days easier?
