Hi - I'm going to rent a stroller from Apple Strollers and they have the option to deliver to either Concierge or the Bell Captain. I'm staying at AKL Jambo House - which one do I want to do? Thanks!

I'd pick Bell Captain, but it really doesn't matter for them. They will know where to deliver it at each resort.

We always use magical strollers and they have told us for the last year at least that they can no longer drop off with bell services. We always have to arrange switching the stroller with them. Have you all had a different experience recently?

Only Disney featured stroller providers can drop off with bell services. Other companies have to arrange pick-up/drop-off with the customer. We've always used Kingdom or Orlando strollers and they can still drop off with Bell Services. I would definitely call any provider and confirm they can drop off and pick up with Bell Services.

Thanks that's good to know
