Stroller Allowed

My brother has a 2 year old and he is bringing this plastic car with a long handle instead of a stroller. I told him I didn't think that those were allowed in the park, does anyone know if they let you bring in something like that?

I'm almost postive it's not allowed.

DD has one of those for around the neighborhood. I don't know it they are allowed or not, but I wouldn't bring one because they don't seem very comfortable for a days use. They don't have sunshades and the child would have to sit up straight the whole time without much back support.

Wagons are definitely not allowed in the park.

If he was planning on using the busses or ferries/boats, he would not be allowed to bring it on.
