Beth: I'm doing my best to stay away from the scale. You are building a lot of muscle with your curves workout. Muscle weighs more than fat and combined with BC and water weight it will make you crazy at the scale. How are your clothes fitting? If it is anything like your engagement ring - probably looser. I will probably get back on the scale before we leave for California on the 26th and get back on after we return. But I think my DH is right - frustration with the numbers not going down is not positive for being healthy.

. so i'm not sure about good supportive sports bras. i'd check on coolrunning.com on their message board, i think i've seen discussions about this (just never bothered to look seeing as i don't have a problem).
