Strategy for Disneyland thoughts?

Trying to plan a strategy for my visit to Disneyland

Date 3/17 - Disneyland opens at 8:00am 1 day park hopper with Genie + Staying off site at family's house in Corona Ca (7 guests)

My thoughts are

Rope drop Disneyland (How early can I get there?)
Grab Virtual queue for Mickey & Miney railroad
Head over to Rise of the resistance first
Grab Genie plus for a ride around 9-10am


Any flaws in this so far?

They have. Toontown will re-open on March 19. They had a soft opening for one of the stores yesterday so you might get lucky and see more than just MMRR.
