Lets all post strange but true facts!!
Ill go first. Starwars spoofs
.In the MMORPG World of Warcraft, there is a raptor named Obi just off the path leading from Un'Goro crater into Silithus. He is level one, making him Obi (1).
.In Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, the film starts at a Shanghai club named Obi Wan.
.The name C-3PO comes from Lucas' hometown map. The post office was located in grid C-3.
.Actor Anthony Daniels said that he often was ignored by other actors when he was wearing the C-3PO costume in the filming set, seemingly that they actually forgot that he was not a machine, but a real person.
.C-3PO and R2-D2 are the only characters, along with Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, to live through all six movies (If you don't include Force ghosts).
.On MADtv, there was a Star Wars joke about a new character, Aunt Jarjarmima, a spoof of Jar Jar and Aunt Jemima.
.Darth Maul blinks just after Obi-Wan Kenobi cuts him in two with his lightsaber. This is the only time he blinks throughout the whole movie.
.Qui-Gon appears only in The Phantom Menace. His voice can be heard in Attack of the Clones while Yoda is meditating. George Lucas planned to have Qui-Gon appear as a Force ghost in Revenge of the Sith, similar to how Obi-Wan appeared in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi but the idea was shelved, because Neeson was unable to reprise his role as Qui-Gon due to a broken leg; he is briefly mentioned at the end of the film and he is seen conversing with Yoda in the novelization.
