I thought I heard that there is some type of lazy river at storm along bay. We leave in a couple of weeks :cool1: and I am wondering if there are tubes available there for the lazy river. Is there a fee to use them, if so, does anyone know what it is?

Storm Along Bay definitely has a lazy river section. It is great fun.
You can rent tubes, but I don't know how much they are. I am sure someone will chime in for you. I have also read that they allow you to bring their own, as long as they are clear plastic, not colored.
Have a great trip

We usually just pick up a couple of noodles at the grocery store when we arrive and are staying at BCV. Keep in mind that the lazy river is 8 feet deep, so only experienced swimmers -- watch the littles ones around it.

it's not a "lazy river" as you may be used to.

It's 8 feet deep, and the current is actually pretty fast. If you were on a tube, you would do one complete lap every minute and a half or so. So it's pretty small.

It's more like a lazy circle.:lmao: I think it was $10.00 for the day to rent the raft. I can't swim and it was very overwhelming for me go to near the 8ft part but I did it a couple of times and that was it. I like the slide a lot better.:thumbsup2

Not even lazy. More like a quick loop. I hated SAB. The current gets pretty swift in several parts of the pool. Plus I didn't like the sinking sands area.
