We are staying at the BWV for four days before our 4 day cruise. We're also returning to BWV for four days after the cruise. We want to leave our aero bed and other misc. things in a duffle at the resort. Will they allow this?

Your best bet is to ask the hotel directly.....chances are they will since you are coming back to the same resort. Call and ask for the difinitive answer. All we can do is speculate.

We just did this last week and it was no problem. We stayed four days at BWV, did the four day cruise, then went back to BWV for four more days. We had a lot of luggage and a big box with our Halloween costumes. We stored three big suitcases and the box and it was no problem at all.

Thank you! Thats just what I was hoping for.

Kim, may I ask you...how did all the juggling of packing and unpacking work for you? I'm completely looking forward to this trip, but the only down side is the three different times of having to pack etc. Did you do a grocery stop on your first stay at BW and if you did, did you bring the rest of the food on the ship? I want to bring the snacks we will need for the 2nd time at BW on the ship with us. I'm also trying to figure out how much food/drinks to buy so we won't have too much waste by the time the cruise comes. Thanks! We are a family of five, so I'm just not sure whether I want the kids to "live out of their suitcase" type of thing. I wanna relax too! lol.

From my understanding, you are not to bring food back off the ship (this includes food that you brought on the ship). This is especially true for fruits and such.

You may want to leave the snacks behind for the WDW vacation after the cruise and just bring on the ship any snacks you want for the cruise (not sure how much snacks you will need since the food is free - cookies, etc. Chips and such for movies would be extra).

It wasn't too bad, but we didn't have our whole group with us the entire time. THe first four days it was just DH, MiL and I. Our two nephews flew into Orlando the night before the cruise, so they didn't have to repack anything.

We packed in three bags rather than two so that we could consolidate down for the cruise. We didn't do a lot of food shopping as our purpose was to hit Food & Wine early in the trip. What non-perishable stuff we had left we simply packed in our extra suitcase that was staying at BWV. DH and I put all our non-essential cruise stuff into our third bag and packed the food we wanted to keep in the dry cleaning bag, then bell checked those and MiL's extra suitcase while we were gone.

The nice thing about coming back to BWV after the cruise is we didn't have to waste time doing laundry on the ship. We also didn't have to pack as much since we could just wash our park clothes and wear the same stuff both before and after the cruise.
