Calling now ...... I'm not in !! Darn you all!! I really don't want to bounce around rooms and I'm not even going to do the tours. Man!! My first call, it wasn't open, hung up and redialed and they were full.

did you call the 800 or the 407 number?

AAAAGGGGHHHHH!!!! This is crazy. I was dialing and redialing. MS picked up at 9:01a. MS grabbed the wrong room. I said concierge and she grabbed the savannah view which I reserved yesterday instead of the concierge . I told her concierge she went back and it was gone !! So now I am waitlisted for the 2 days. See you all tommorrow at 9a!!!

This is so nervewracking!!!
I'm not even trying for concierge (only 1BD SavView) and I'm still calling day by day, just to be safe!

I do have a question though, while trying to make my reservation I have been put on a waitlist yesterday and today. Both days while they have been getting my name on the waitlist a room has opened up. I'm booking a studio. Does anyone know how these rooms are booked? Why would a studio be held by another CM and then let go 2 days in a row? Is it because someone is booking a 1 bedroom and they are holding a studio at the same time? I just don't get it!

Good luck tomorrow! I'm trying to go through the 13th.

It's just not my day though. I checked in to my flight and I got stuck with B passes, UGH!! I wish they still did the pre-board for small children since my youngest would still qualify me for it.

I'm hoping that I get me room tomorrow and then it will be over. I'll be at the airport waiting to board my flight when I have to call so it's going to be a PIA! If I get it, then maybe someone will cancel theirs. I don't even care if I'm on the 6th floor. I'd love to stay in the same room as before on the 5th floor. They should add some more concierge rooms on the 5th floor when Kidani opens so more of us can stay there in concierge instead of fighting to get it each monring.

I can only get through on the 407 number. The 800 just stays busy for me.

Ahh! But you will be able to board after the A boarding passes and BEFORE the B boarding passes. You'll be further back in the plane, but you'll be ok. I've flown SWA twice since the changes and it's not awful.

I hate to rub salt in the wounds (well - maybe just a little ), but last week I was bumped from my 1BR Standard to a Concierge Studio just 2 weeks before my trip. I was not on a waitlist, I just received a call asking if we would be willing to change. Willing?? I was thrilled! Yes- I know this trip is during a less popular season, but it is MLK weekend. , Let's just say...there is always hope! Keep your heads up!

well, I have passes 3-7 for B so hopefully there won't be many small children but at least I can get on with DS. Is it the whole family or just parent and child?

I just called again and now have a 1 bedroom concierge for my second night instead of a 2 bed conc (couldn't get) or 2 bed sav view that I booked this morning. So, WooHoo!! I got concierge for my second night. Maybe they'll let us stay in the same room, after all they are all lock-offs right?

Got my 1 bedroom concierge this morning. I think it was around 9:10 am. Saturday is my last day of calling - Thank Goodness!

It's amazing the sense of relief when I get off the phone with MS and even more amazing how fast the stress comes back when I realize I have to do it all over again tomorrow!!!

Nope ! At 9:02 a no concierge studios. They have offered me 1 bdrms but no studios. I am still waitlisted and don't forget ms opens at 9a tomorrow.
