I called MS on Dec. 13th to modify a reservation we had at AKV. I asked if they had any concierge level rooms available during the days we were going to be there. When they checked they said they had the night of March 30th available, so we booked it using developer points. We have yet to receive an e-mail or paper confirmation for that night (we did with the other part of our reservation). I have called three times since then to let them know that we haven't received a confirmation notification yet. They assure me (after much searching for the ressie on their part) that it is there. I called yet one more time today to see if they'll send me a confirmation. They said they would call back today or Mon. when they've found our reservation. I expressed my frustration with DH and he talked to another MS CM and got the same run around. If they lost our reservation I'm going to explode!!
