STILL not reopened?!?!?

I check regularly around the various Disney pages as to what's STILL not back. Sometimes it makes a bit of sense, sometimes it doesn't add up.

My big two right now are Fantastic and most tours.

Fantasmic I get- they pulled the trigger on a big refurbishment and new scenes. Fair enough.

But all the cool tours? Day of Thrills, everything at EPCOT? I can't figure that one out.

Staffing. It's a problem everywhere and Disney does not pay a lot. It's an employees market out there right now so it's hard for Disney and other places to find employees.
