Still Looking.... Need Recommendations

Hi everyone,

All of the townhouses/pool homes have already been booked for our travel dates. George has been so nice trying to assist me but his homes are booked as well

Anyone have any other suggestion???? Please help this procrastinator

I don't know if this will help but I was in the same boat at Easter. One of the people who frequent this board helped me out big time and got me hooked up with Selena at www.AmericasDreamVacations.com. None of the the places pictured on her site were available, but she did have a 4-bedroom townhome available that was not listed on the site. It was in the Terra Verde resort. It was not as close as Windsor Hills but the townhome was wonderful and the ride to the parks was just fine.

You could try to contact them to see if they have anything available. They were very reputable and accommodating. I had no problems with them at all and my townhome was extremely clean and great.

Traveling 3rd week of July. 2 adults 1 child (13). Budget???? $1000-1500 for the week of course we always prefer less

However, I want a very nice townhouse or pool home. A minimum of a splash pool is a must so a condo won't do. A reputable MC and a clean home close to Disney is a must.

This is our first trip off site. We are normally onsite vacationers as you can see in my siggie. This trip I have to work via a laptop so we'd like the extra space.

go to www.bookit.com. They have a few pool home rentals on their site. Some for very good rates.

Try davh.com. They have some availability the third week in July. You can do a generalized search for your dates. And you think you're the procrastinator......I'm trying to pin down my dates for June......gotta love last minute planning! I'm beginning to feel overwhelmed and think I may just postpone until August......

Wow everyone I am overwelmed by the help I've received today trying to find the right townhouse for our vacation. From the help here on the thread to all the PM's I've received I can't thank you all enough

A special shout out to George (5mins2disney) for all his help. His home was already booked but he went out of his way to assist us in trying to find the right home

I think we've found the perfect townhouse for our stay. It includes all our basic requirements and more. We are awaiting the answering of a few questions but hope to have this finalized by the weekend

Then on the fun stuff. This is our first stay in the WDW area off property. I'm a bit nervous as we've always been onsite people. But if this home is as nice as it seems we may be converts
