I am so sick of cold weather, it aches my bones. Yesterday I was still wearing a heavy sweatshirt and long pants. I want to wear shorts and sandals . We had the fireplace and heat on in the house last night. In 2 years we will be moving to Orlando, I am sick of the cold here and I do all the snow shoveling in my family. All of us love hot weather so just 2 more winters to get thru till our move. We have been to the parks in August, we had no problems with the heat.

We had snow on Monday, it's 73 degrees right now. Our weather has been nuts.

I'm jealous! Wish we could move to FL too. We live in CT, so I hear ya on the cold. Yesterday felt like November it was so chilly! We have gone to FL every August the last four years and love it, totally fine with the heat & if you take breaks etc out of the sun it's manageable!

I'm in PA, too. Our last two winters have been brutal. At least it's a little better today. I was so cold yesterday I had my sweats and a hoodie on, plus me and the dog snuggled up with a blanket and a heating pad on my neck because it was hurting. The dog was trying to steal the heating pad. Lol. I had a frost warning for tonight. Going to have to bring in my plants and cover up the garden.

Now wait a minute... I live in WNY and this has been one of the top ten warmest Mays ever. We have literally had 90 degree heat on several occasions. A temporary dip back down right now, but 80 again by Tuesday. We here in Buffalo HATED this winter, too. February here was the all time coldest month on record, period. But honestly, this May has been pretty spectacular IMO.

Disfan, it has been one cold May here in NJ. Looking forward to some mid to high 70's and some 80's (forecast is calling for such temps this coming week, hopefully).

We've had a very weird spring here in New Brunswick, (Canada) at least in our area. The daytime temps have been lower than normal, but night-time temps have been milder than normal. It's also been VERY windy and dry. Not good. People are already worrying about water levels, fire watch warnings out etc... I planted my garden the last couple days and the dirt was dry as dust.

My BIL was just down in Florida for a week, and I admit, it makes me worried... if temps are already this warm NOW, what are they going to be the end of June?!!

It's been awful! I'm miserable in the cold, especially when you throw high winds in there, too. I'm nowhere near that surly when it's 100 degrees and humid!

We were talking to the CM who drove us and our bags to DME at CSR last year, and we like to ask people how they like living in Florida. We agreed that there are bad months in both places, but that we could tolerate the bad months in Florida much more than the bad months back home.

We've been see-sawing from hot to cool here in PA. I just want to be done with the cool already!
