Still a bounceback offer in the room?

Just wondering if Disney still puts bounceback offers in the rooms?

I can't answer whether they've done it this year, but I found the offer in my room during my December 2011 stay.

We had one in our room in January which we used for our upcoming trip Sept 27th thru Oct 2nd. We were at All Star Sports and used the offer to book Animal Kingdom Lodge.....

We just returned last night and we had one in our OKW 2 bedroom. It is free dining for dates in August and September next year. I brought it home with me so I will look at it in a bit and will post exact dates.

Do you have any speculation as to why the offer is for so late next year or why its for such a limited time frame.....i guess did you hear any buzz or any CM give any thoughts??

I am not sure why. I did look at it and it says for most nights 8/16-9/13 2013 for the Moderates and 8/18-9-26 for the Deluxe.

This is always what they offer at this time of year. If you travel in late August or September, the BB is for FD for the following Aug/Sept. BBs for stays Oct-Dec 2012 will likely be for room only discounts for several dates throughout 2013, with lots of blackouts.

Hope the BB switches while we are there! We have AP so we always are looking for the room discounts! We will be there Sept 27th thru Oct 2nd....thanks for the info

Of course it could always change, but they do switch BB offers out and based on previous years a Room Discount BB probably won't show back up until sometime end of October/first of November.

Unfortunately when you go at the end of September you'll probably still see the current Free Dining BB:

I didn't think I would be able to go this year but thought that there was a possibility in 2013, which I am planning on going. At the time, I didn't even think of booking anything. Would I have been able to just book something before i checked out to take advantage of the discount and just keep changing the date until i was ready to go? Or would I have lost the discount?

No, you would not have been able to book a bounceback and move the dates that far ahead. You COULD move the dates to other covered dates, but not for a different year or time frame that was not included in the actual BB offer.
